During Qantara’s management team involvement, the Saudi Paralympic Committee embarked in developing its first strategic plan, drafted a new constitution, conducted a Board review and performance assessment, hired a new CEO, and launched the first national Para Games; all of there activities were instigated by the team who worked alongside the board members and the CEO to bring these initiatives to successful completion. They proved to have the drive to reach strategic objectives, sport expertise which has been valuable across all organizational levels, and definitively suitable approach to work in multicultural environments.
